Phillip started his career at Realtree at the age of 16. His passion for the outdoors grew into more than just hunting, he wanted to learn how to film hunts and tell stories. That desire led to filming and producing outdoor television for Realtree Outdoors Productions for over 17 years.

“Obsessed with turkey hunting” doesn’t describe it well enough – hunting is a way of life for Phillip. His potential and passion created opportunities. He started out guiding and filming other hunters while at Realtree, then eventually began co-hosting Realtree’s digital series “Spring Thunder” in 2018, which still airs today. In the summer of 2020, he had a vision for a new series, “Hunt Club with Phillip Culpepper.” This series tells the real stories of highs and lows when hunting with friends and family.
